小针刀疗法联合自拟接骨活血方治疗高龄膝关节骨性关节炎
Effect of small-needle-knife therapy combined with self-made Jiegu Huoxue prescription in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the small-needle-knife therapy combined with the self-made Jiegu Huoxue prescription in the treatment of the elderly patients with knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups by the random number table method:an observation group(42 cases)and a control group(42 cases).The control group was treated with the small-needle-knife therapy,while the observation group was treated with the small-needle-knife therapy combined with the self-made Jiegu Huoxue prescription.The TCM syndrome scores,knee joint function scores,inflammatory factors,bone metabolism indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the TCM symptom scores,Lysholm scores,serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level,interleukin-6(IL-6)level,bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP)level,insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)level and bone gla protein(BGP)level between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores,TNF-α level and IL-6 level were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05),while the Lysholm scores,BALP level,IGF-1 level and BGP level were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The small-needle-knife therapy combined with the self-made Jiegu Huoxue prescription can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients,improve their knee joint function,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worth promoting.关键词
