摘要

Abstract

In order to analyze the reasons for the primary spring fracture of a certain type of EMU,high-frequency excitation tests were conducted on the bogies assembled with the steel springs,and the inherent frequency of the steel springs was determined to be 72 Hz by combining finite element calculations.By plotting the frequency response characteristic curve,it is obtained that the stress amplitude at 72 Hz is about 30 times higher than the rest of the frequency excitation.Through the theoretical calculation of the cross-impact frequencies of the line,it is found that the reason for the fracture of the steel spring of the EMU is that the train is subjected to a 71.7 Hz shock from the rail sleeper when running at 155 km/h.This frequency is close to the torsional mode frequency of the steel spring,and the steel spring resonates,causing it to fracture in the long run.
