摘要

Abstract

Tai'an stadium is a new landmark of Tai'an City,Shandong Province.The steel roof of Tai'an stadium adopts the spoke-type cable-supported grid structure,which is formed by 68 radial cables and a central ring cable.The span of the maximum cantilever reaches 45 m.By using a numerical analysis,the stability analysis of all construction steps was carried out.Aiming at the technical difficulties in hoisting irregular components,the hoisting scheme was designed and optimized.Considering the construction period and costs,an innovative single jig frame in the radial direction was used as temporary supports in the construction process of the steel roof,and the transformation structure of the jig frame was designed combining the engineering practice.Besides,the whole jig frame was verified by numerical analysis under the combined action of multiple loading.Through the simulation of the whole construction process of stadium roof and an optimization analysis of the complex installation process,this paper provides a technical support for the construction practice and offers some new ideas of construction scheme design for similar projects.
