Abstract
In the process of urban renewal,how can industrial relics achieve the integration of the past and present while maximizing their own value,and serve modern life?This is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in national spatial planning.After sorting out the types of industrial heritage renovation and renewal at home and abroad,the paper conducted research and analysis on the architectural and cultural characteristics of the Fenghua Museum based on the theory of sustainable development,and summarized the experiences of organic coordination,people-oriented,and green environmental sustainability in Fenghua,in order to provide valuable renovation and renewal strategies for the remaining industrial architectural heritage.关键词
