Abstract
Based on Ctrip,Qunar,Mafengwo three mainstream tourism website reviews as the research data source,using the network text analysis method and with the help of ROST CM6.0 software,analyzing the text of tourists'comments on Lijiang River Scenic Area.Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of a large number of tourists'comments,this paper reveals the problems of tourism image perception in Lijiang River Scenic Area.The study puts forward some improvement measures,such as improving the service quality and management level of scenic spots,improving the allocation of facilities,enriching the forms of tourism activities,and optimizing the propaganda means of scenic spots,so as to enhance the tourism image of scenic spots and promote the sustainable development of Lijiang River Scenic Area.关键词
