摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is one of the most malignant gynecological tumors.Platinum-based chemotherapy is an impor-tant part of ovarian cancer treatment,with platinum resistance as a difficult problem in ovarian cancer treatment.Platinum resis-tance is a complex process involving a variety of mechanisms.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of platinum resistance in ovarian cancer cells and the advances in treatment,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.关键词
