Influencing factors of bake hardening value detection of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet
为了研究热镀锌钢板烘烤硬化值检测的影响因素,主要介绍了HC180BD+Z钢板烘烤硬化值的检测方法与检测结果,分析并探讨了试验温度、保温时间、加热装置、拉伸预应变等烘烤条件对烘烤硬化值检测的影响因素.结果表明:采用相同加热装置时,将保温时间控制为20 min,试验温度由160℃上升至180℃,烘烤硬化值一直保持上升趋势,但当试验温度为160~170℃时,烘烤硬化值的上升趋势要比试验温度为170~180℃的变化明显;采用相同加热装置时,控制试验温度为…查看全部>>
