Abstract
This article introduces the overall architecture of the unmanned system for belt conveyors in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine Preparation Plant.The system construction content is discussed from personnel safety management,environmental safety monitoring,and equipment prevention and control.The article introduces the key fault monitoring technologies such as wire rope conveyor belt core monitoring,conveyor belt longitudinal tear detection,infrared thermal imaging,voiceprint auscultation system,and metal detector.The application of unmanned system for belt conveyor in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine Coal Preparation Plant realizes the early warning of belt transportation faults,personnel safety management,and online control of equipment operation status,further improving the stability of coal preparation production and operation,and reducing the operating costs of the coal preparation plant.关键词
