Abstract

In order to solve the problem of large deformation and bottom drum control in No.1 Open-pit Coal Mine,taking the east slope of Baiyinhua open-pit mines as the engineering background,the article comprehensively uses numerical simulation technology and rigid body limit equilibrium method to analyze the stability of the east slope of the original design,optimizes the large deformation on the north side and the bottom drum area on the south side,and puts forward a reasonable deformation control plan.Results shows that the large deformation on the north side of east slope is mainly affected by the weak layer of 1#coal roof,and the slope slides out along the shear plane running through 1#coal roof;the main reason for the bottom heave on the south side of the east slope is that the upper part of the waste dump outside the No.2 Mine continues to pile up,and the sliding force on the slope increases,causing shear damage to the lower slope;the upper slope reduction amount in the large deformation area on the north side of the east slope is 632 000 m3,and the amount of lower pressing is 709 000 m3.The difference between the amount of stripping and earth removal is small;the workload of the soil discharge presser foot on the south side of east slope is 3 180 000 m3;the stability of the slope in the deformation area after treatment can meet the safety reserve factor;the treatment plan can effectively alleviate the impact of east slope large deformation on production and ensure normal production continuation.
