Abstract
In order to realize the stable operation of the front elevation angle of MT5500B mining truck in the front wheel assembly before overhaul,the article analyzes the causes of the damage of the front elevation angle and the shortcomings of the original wear-resistant device,redesigns and manufactures a new type of wear-resistant device by using new methods and processes.The results show that the new wear-resistant device can completely extend the service cycle of the front elevation angle to the same as the overhaul of the front wheel assembly,reduce one maintenance operation,and fundamentally reduce the frequency of maintenance personnel contacting with dangerous sources,with remarkable safety and economic benefits.关键词
