摘要

Abstract

For the low efficiency problem of the traditional low specific speed centrifugal pump,an automatic optimization method was proposed to realize the fast and intelligent optimization of the low specific speed centrifugal pump.Firstly,IS 80-50-250 low specific speed centrifugal pump was used as the research object,and the turbine-machine design software Cfturbo was used to extract the control point parameters of the impeller meridian channel and blade profile.Secondly,Metamodel of Optimal prognosis(MOP)model and gradient algorithm were used to obtain the optimized parameters and the three-dimensional model.Finally,CFD numerical calculations were conducted on the hydraulic model before and after optimization,and the accuracy of the numerical calculations was verified through experiments,the performance and flow state of the hydraulic model before and after optimization were analyzed,and the feasibility of the optimization method was verified.The research results show that under the design condition,the efficiency of the optimized pump obtained by the optimization method is highly consistent with that obtained by the numerical calculation,indicating that this method can realize the optimal design of the centrifugal pump,the efficiency of the optimized pump is increased by 2.86%,the head is increased by 2.08 m,the optimization effect is relatively significant,and the internal flow of the optimized pump is significantly improved.The research method in this study has reference significance for improving the hydraulic performance of centrifugal pumps.
