宋神宗时期的外交努力及东亚新格局
A Look at the Diplomatic Manoeuvers and the New East Asian Geopolitical Landscape during the Reign of Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty

Abstract
The term of East Asia or East Asian cultural circle is formed on the basis of the emergence and development of Chinese civilization,embodying the traditional Chinese concept of"Tianxia"or"All-Under-Heaven"(a concise way of speaking of the traditional Chinese vision of an inclusive world with harmony for all)in both theory and practice.The former hierarchical"Chinese world order"underwent significant transformations during the Song Dynasty(960-1279 A.D.),which coexisted with ethnic minority regimes following the end of the Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasties Period(618-960 A.D.).Seeking to legiti-mize their rule and revive the prosperity of the Han and Tang dynasties,certain rulers of the Song Empire,notably Emperor Shen-zong(1048-1085 A.D.,reigned 1067-1085 A.D.),actively pursued diplomatic relations with Goryeo(Korea)and Japan,with notable diplomatic results achieved.However,under new historical circumstances,East Asia began to assume the embryonic form of a new framework for interstate relations,shifting towards an"East Asian world order"or"East Asian international order".This framework centered on equality,featured a novel type of interstate relations,and emphasized non-governmental exchanges as well as economic and cultural interactions.The synchronic order observed in East Asia from the 10th to 13th centuries also repre-sented the historical stages that the three traditional nations had to navigate.As this historical order evolved into history,the East Asian cultural sphere transitioned from an old paradigm into a new one.关键词
