我国整合卫生服务研究动态与热点问题分析
Research trends and hot issues of integrated health services in China
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of bibliometrics,this study used the visualization software Cite Space to visualize and analyze 889 relevant literature related to integrated health services that were published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure from 2004 to 2023 to understand the development history and cutting-edge hotspots of China's integrated health services,therefore exploring the future development trend,and providing reference for the following related research.The study revealed that the overall volume of publications in the field of integrated health services in China shows a fluctuating upward trend.The research was mainly concentrated in universities and affiliated research centers,with limited inter-institutional collaboration.The evolution of exploration in the field of integrated health is roughly divided into four stages:laying the foundation,budding,preliminary exploration,and research breakthroughs.Currently,measures and modes of advancing the integration of health services have become the hot research directions.Despite the big interest in integrated health service research in China,there has been limited innovative progress.The study suggests strengthening localized theoretical innovation and integration training of multidisciplinary personnel.The integration assessment and incentive mechanism should also be improved,and informatization construction should be promoted.关键词
