摘要

Abstract

To improve the efficiency of the embedded sensor and structure integration process,a strategy from sensor embedded design to hybrid 3D printing was proposed for the rapid fabrication of sensing-integrated structures.The hybrid 3D printing technology combining fused deposition modeling(FDM)and direct ink writing(DIW)was used to print embedded strain sensors.The strain measured by the sensor in the test was compared with the strain calculated by the finite element method.The results show that the strain measured by the the printed embedded strain sensors is in good agreement with the strains calculated by the finite element method,which proves the effectiveness and high efficiency of the proposed hybrid 3D printing technology.The hybrid printing technology provides a more efficient and low cost method for the sensor-structure integration process.
