Canadian Government's Support for Innovative Development Initiatives for Small-and Medium-sized Enterprises:Based on NRC IRAP

Abstract
National Research Council Canada in Industrial Research Assistance Program(NRC IRAP)is one of the flagship programs of the Canadian government to support innovation,and is an important measure to promote scientific and technological innovation,technology transfer and transformation of small-and medium-sized enterprises in Canada.By analyzing the development process of NRC IRAP,core organizational structure,innovation support service content,evaluation and improvement assessment system,etc.,it is concluded that NRC IRAP has the characteristics of both"capital+consultation"service mode,flexible service system,focusing on the establishment of extensive partnerships,and paying attention to the innovation and development of underrepresented groups.Finally,based on the characteristic project content and management system of NRC IRAP,this paper puts forward inspiration and experience for optimizing China's effective support for the innovation and development of small-and medium-sized enterprises.关键词
