摘要

Abstract

To explore the influence of season,age and sex on the physiological indexes related to the efficacy of cosmetic anti-alopecia test and the correlation between the physiological indexes.Methods:643 cases were tested for hair loss count,hair length,local hair density,average hair diameter,the proportion of vellus hair,and scalp transepidermal water loss,and the differences and correlations were analyzed.The results showed that there was a statistical difference between the four seasons hair loss count groups(P=0.015),among which the hair loss count in summer was significantly higher than that in autumn(P=0.030),and there was no significant difference between spring,autumn and winter.Age is negatively correlated with local hair density(r=-0.257,P<0.001),with the average hair diameter(r=-0.121,P=0.002),and with the proportion of anagen hair(r=-0.302,P=0.013).The proportion of vellus hair is negatively correlated with local hair density and with the average hair diameter.There is no significant correlation between scalp transdermal water loss and hair loss count,local hair density and the proportion of vellus hair.Season has a significant effect on hair loss count,age has a significant effect on hair physiological indexes,and there is no significant difference in hair physiological indexes between genders.
