木瓜蛋白酶天然抑制剂筛选及在护肤品中的应用研究
Screening of natural inhibitors of papain and its application in skincare products
摘要
Abstract
Papain,which is a typical representative of Cysteine protease,was selected for screening natural inhibitor.Twenty-two commonly used active ingredients in cosmetics were chosen for in vitro papain inhibition experiments.The optical density(OD)of the reaction end product was measured using UV spectrophotometry and SDS-PAGE to assess the inhibitory effects of ten natural active ingredients.The Franz diffusion cell and human efficacy test were used to investigate the inhibition effect of fibronectin in the transdermal process and anti-wrinkle effect,respectively.The results showed that Hamamelis virginiana extract exhibited the highest concentration of fibronectin(FN1)in the enzymatic hydrolysis reaction,followed by Sapindus Saponaria extract,Crithmum maritimum extract,Avena sativa extract,Leontopodium brachyactis extract.Hamamelis virginiana extract and FN1 significantly improved the depth,length,and area of wrinkles at the corners of the eyes.关键词
