Abstract
Three distinct skin irritation models were established through the application of adhesive tape,adhesive tape combined with capsaicin stimulation,and adhesive tape combined with histamine stimulation.The experimental protocol incorporated a negative control group,and the study involved a comparative analysis of subjective evaluations and instrumental test results before and after product application on the subjects to assess the effects of the three models.The results of the experiments revealed that following the establishment of the three models,there was an increase in both transepidermal water loss and erythema index,which gradually diminished over time.The adhesive tape with histamine stimulation model induced heightened levels of itching,edema,and erythema in the test area.The adhesive tape with capsaicin stimulation model led to an increased perception of pain in the test area.While the adhesive tape-only model exhibited lower levels of skin redness and pain,and the skin in the test area showed the fastest recovery in this model.This study provides valuable insights for the development and testing of short-term soothing effects in cosmetic.关键词
