Dyeing process of T800 fibers
摘要
Abstract
The structural characteristics of T800 fibers are analyzed.The effects of dyeing temperature,dye solu-tion pH,dyeing bath ratio,holding time and dye dosage on the dyeing performance of high washing disperse dyes on T800 are investigated,and the dyeing process is optimized.The optimized dyeing process is as follows:dyeing temperature 120℃,dye solution pH 4.0,bath ratio 1∶20,holding time 30 min,leveling agent 1 g/L.In order to ensure the uniformity of dyeing,the dyeing temperature should be increased slowly after the dyeing temperature exceeded 70℃.The color fast-ness to soap washing of the dyed T800 is grade 4 or above,and the color fastness to rubbing is grade 4-5,which can meet the requirements of color fastness for garment fabrics.关键词
