Abstract
Based on the supervision process of vehicle pre-acceptance,this paper carefully selects the applicable mode of this project after comparing several domestic pre-acceptance modes horizontally.The supervision unit takes the lead in organizing pre-acceptance,carries out scheme planning with value engineering thinking,standardizes pre-acceptance items,builds an organizational structure using the fixed duration resource optimization method,develops a commissioning scheme using the cause and effect diagram analysis method,and analyzes pre-acceptance problem items with Pareto diagram.Finally,by comparing the number of problems before and after the acceptance,it is believed that the mode adopted in the case and several supervision methods have achieved remarkable results,has reference value for other projects.关键词
