摘要

Abstract

Seamless steel pipe is a kind of common type used in submarine oil and gas pipeline,it may occur various quality problems in the manufacturing process.The yield strength of φ168.3 mm×14.3 mm X65QO subsea seamless pipe of some steel mill was low after heat treatment.After the chemical composition,production equipment and process parameters were analyzed,the solution of increasing outer water flow rate and quenching temperature was carried out by multiple test.So the pipe quality and essential safety are guaranteed,and it provides reference for solving similar problems in the future.
