Abstract
Influenced by national energy policies,a large number of pumped storage projects have been initiated,leading to inevitable quality issues in some equipment manufacturing processes.This paper introduces a linear defect found in the screw hole on the upstream side flange of the valve body during the machining process of a certain main inlet and outlet valve at a pumped storage power station,and introduces the process of the supervising engineer coordinating defect resolution with the manufacturing plant according to the workflow.It elaborates on the manufacturing plant's processes of defect removal,hole expansion,and bushing installation to address the issue,while analyzing the causes of the defect and proposing improvement measures,ensuring the final product quality.关键词
