Abstract
In the process of manufacturing supervision of railway bearing products,a large number of dimensional data need to be measured,and the accuracy of dimension measurement is required to be high.Traditionally,the bearing measuring instrument is used for manual measurement,which has great human influence factors and is relatively time-consuming and laborious.In view of the above problems,a scheme of measuring the size of bearing parts with 3D-coordinate measuring instrument instead of traditional bearing measuring instrument is proposed,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.The design principle and analysis and verification process of the scheme are introduced in detail.The scheme has been initially implemented,which effectively improves the accuracy of measurement and ensures the objectivity of manufacturing supervision.关键词
