Abstract
During the operation of the double column stacker,there are problems such as large swing amplitude and poor stability.In severe cases,it is easy to cause goods to fall,and even safety accidents.In response to the above issues,this article applied a combination of static analysis and finite element simulation to analyze the deformation of the gantry mechanism of a double column tunnel type stacker.The results showed that the weakest point was at the connection between the upper end of the stacker column and the upper crossbeam.Furthermore,the weak areas and key components were further optimized,and the results showed that the structural deformation of the stacker was reduced by 5.40%,and the maximum equivalent effect value was reduced by 8.28%.The optimization data provides reference for improving the reliability of the stacker.关键词
