Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of ultrasonic detection of calf intermuscular venous thrombosis before and after treatment of lower limb fracture.Methods:38 patients with lower limb fractures combined with calf intermuscular venous thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as research objects.Color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic technology was used to detect all patients before and after treatment,to evaluate the ultrasonic detection results of patients before and after thrombolytic therapy,and to study the positive detection rate and misdiagnosis rate of ultrasonic detection.Results:All 38 patients in this study were clinically confirmed to have calf intermuscular venous thrombosis,and 36 cases were detected by ultrasound.The positive detection rate of calf intermuscular venous thrombosis detected by ultrasound was 94.74%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 5.26% .There was no difference between the test results and the clinicopathological results(P>0.05).After 1 week of thrombolytic therapy,all patients were reexamined by ultrasound.The results showed that 22 cases had complete recanalization and 16 cases had partial recanalization.After 1 month of thrombolytic therapy,the results of ultrasound re-examination showed that the thrombus was completely recanalized in 26 cases and partially recanalized in 12 cases.After 3 months of thrombolytic therapy,11 patients were complete recanalization and 1 patient developed old thrombus.Conclusion:The use of color Doppler ultrasound to detect intermuscular venous thrombosis of lower extremity fracture has high detection accuracy,and can dynamically evaluate the clinical thrombolytic effect.关键词
