Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of early plastic repair treatment in burn patients.Methods:50 burn patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated 10 days after burn,and the observation group was treated within 10 days after burn.The total effective rate,skin survival rate,appearance smoothness,second operation rate,complications and quality of life score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The second operation rate and complication rate of observation group were lower than control group,the total effective rate,skin survival rate,appearance smoothness and quality of life scores were higher than those of control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early plastic repair therapy has a good application effect in burn patients,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and skin survival rate,restore the appearance smooth,reduce the occurrence of secondary surgery and related complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
