Abstract
The accurate prediction of the deflection torque characteristics of flexible joints is of great significance to the structural fine design of the while flexible nozzle and the overall design of the thrust vector control system.In order to calculate the deflection torque characteristics of flexible joints under different working conditions,a hyper-viscoelastic constitutive model is established by combining the 3rd-Ogden model and the Boyce-Bergström hysteresis model.Based on the mechanical test data of elastomer rubber,the model parameters are determined by the simulated annealing algorithm.The validity and accuracy of the calculation model and parameters are verified by the deflection tests of square waves and sinusoidal waves on a flexible joint.The results show that,the established constitutive model can describe the relaxation and hysteresis behavior of the flexible joint effectively.The calculation error of the elastic moment is less than 15%,the calculation error of the total ratio torque is less than 10%,and the calculation error of the friction toque is 9.24%under the condition of no internal pressure loading.关键词
