柔性接头摆动力矩特性的准确预示对整个柔性喷管的结构精细化设计和推力矢量控制系统的总体设计具有重要意义.为了计算柔性接头在不同工况下的摆动力矩特性,将三阶Ogden模型和Boyce-Bergström迟滞模型结合,建立了一种超-黏弹性本构模型,并基于弹性件橡胶材料力学试验数据,采用模拟退火算法确定了模型参数.通过柔性接头方波和正弦波激励的摆动试验,验证了计算模型及参数的有效性和准确性.结果表明:所建立的本构模型能够有效地描述柔性接头的松弛和迟滞行为,对弹性比力矩预示误差在10%左右,对总比力矩的预示误差在10%以内,在无内压工况下其摩擦力矩预示误差为9.24%.

The accurate prediction of the deflection torque characteristics of flexible joints is of great significance to the structural fine design of the while flexible nozzle and the overall design of the thrust vector control system.In order to calculate the deflection torque characteristics of flexible joints under different working conditions,a hyper-viscoelastic constitutive model is established by combining the 3rd-Ogden model and the Boyce-Bergström hysteresis model.Based on the mechanical test data of elastomer rubber,the model parameters are determined by the simulated annealing algorithm.The validity and accuracy of the calculation model and parameters are verified by the deflection tests of square waves and sinusoidal waves on a flexible joint.The results show that,the established constitutive model can describe the relaxation and hysteresis behavior of the flexible joint effectively.The calculation error of the elastic moment is less than 15%,the calculation error of the total ratio torque is less than 10%,and the calculation error of the friction toque is 9.24%under the condition of no internal pressure loading.
