Abstract
The propellant loading of liquid rocket is an important and key link for the missions of launch areas.In order to meet the high requirements of training in the high density launch of launch vehicles in recent years,especially the demands of the professional technical ability,it is necessary to carry out the research on the launch area propellant loading demonstration training platform for launch vehicles.In this paper,a launch area propellant loading demonstration training platform is developed based on the Unity 3D technology.The three-dimensional(3D)virtual equipment and operating environment of the dynamic system are created for the launch area propellant loading process of the propulsion system.The virtual simulation and implementation technology are used to establish the highly interactive 3D simulation scenarios including the rotating launch area platform,the ground gas distribution table,and the facilities and equipment of the propulsion system such as valves and pipelines.The main functions of the simulation training system are training plan management,training guidance management,team training simulation,student assessment and evaluation,etc.The simulation training processes such as propellant loading and emergency response handling to faults are realized by the training platform.The study provides technical support for the launch area personnel to carry out the propellant loading training of a propulsion system.关键词
