Challenges and Responses of Standardization in Local Safety Production Governance
摘要
Abstract
Standardization activities are becoming increasingly active in local safety production administrative governance.The demand for standardized governance in various industries within the safety production field is gradually increasing.Safety supervision across different industries relies on the deepening and expansion of administrative actions in the field of standardization.In the context of multi-subject co-governance,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis from the perspective of standardization and the rule of law on the specific manifestations of standard governance tools in administrative practice.It identifies the practical risks in the interaction process between local standards and regulations in the field of safety production.The paper clarifies the characteristics and shortcomings of the rule of law in the development and dissemination of local standardization.It proposes responses to standardization in local safety production governance from aspects such as standards development,multi-governance,legislative integration,and practical application,to align with the intentions of local governments to implement standardized governance.关键词
