摘要

Abstract

During the tunnel boring machine(TBM)excavation process,the vibration generated by the cutterhead breaking rock will have a negative impact on the TBM machinery and construction.This study relied on the TBM construction section of the ramp in the Beishan Underground Research Laboratory in Gansu province.A vibration monitoring system was installed on the Beishan No.1 TBM to track on-site construction and conduct excavation experiments.Information on tunnel design,surrounding rock condition,excavation parameters,and cutterhead vibration in the research section was collected.An analysis was conducted on the impact of different tunnel routes,rock types,and excavation parameters on disc cutter rock-breaking vibration.The research results show that:1)there are certain differences in the vibration intensity and main vibration frequency of TBM cutterhead between tunnel curve sections and straight sections,higher vibration intensity and main frequency components occurs in curve sections;2)different types of surrounding rock result in significant differences in the main vibration frequency of cutterhead in curve sections,while the effect on straight sections is minor;3)with the increase of thrust and rotational speed,the vibration intensity of the disc cutter increases,but the main vibration frequency of the cutterhead's three axes remains unchanged.
