摘要

Abstract

To meet the demands for multi-temporal and spatially rational allocation of water resources from Beixi watershed of Jiulong River to Zhangzhou City and Xiamen City,this study focuses on the scheduling and allocation of water resources employing digital twin technology and designs a digital twin water resource allocation system under"Four Pre"(prediction,prevention,pre-action,and pre-planning)framework.Following the principles of"demand-driven,application-oriented,digitally empowered,and capacity-enhancing",the platform adopts"digitalization of scenarios,intelligent simulation,and precision decision-making"as its development path.The study leverages"Four Pre"initiative in water resource allocation as an entry point,deeply integrating modern information technologies such as Digital Twins and BIM modeling.By constructing a water resource schedule model system and developing a digital twin knowledge platform,the application of water resources allocation in various scenarios becomes informatized.A system equipped with the functionalities of"Four Pre",namely prediction,prevention,pre-action,and pre-planning,is designed,facilitating intelligent allocation and management of water resources.
