超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)作为生物体内最重要的内源性抗氧化酶之一,在保护正常细胞免受过量活性氧(ROS)的氧化损伤方面发挥着重要作用,具有特异性强、抗氧化效率高等特点.近年来,随着SOD生产方式的不断改进,生产规模不断扩大,SOD的外源添加在生物医学、食品科学等方面的应用研究越来越广泛,并逐渐拓展为一种新型饲料添加剂,广泛应用于动物生产.在畜禽饲料中适量添加SOD可有效抵抗机体的氧化应激,SOD具备替代抗生素的潜力.文章综述了 SOD的分类、功能特点及其在动物生产中的应用现状,以期为SOD在畜牧业中的广泛应用提供参考.

SOD is one of the most important endogenous antioxidant enzymes in organisms,which plays an important role in protecting normal cells from oxidative damage caused by excessive ROS,and has the functional characteristics of strong specificity and high antioxidant efficiency.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the production methods of SOD and the expansion of production scale,the research on its exogenous addition in biomedicine,food science and other fields has become more extensive,and it has gradually developed into a new type of feed additive,widely used in animal production.The appropriate addition of SOD in feed for poultry and livestock can effectively resist the oxidative stress of the body.SOD has the potential to replace antibiotics in animal production.The article reviews the classification,functional characteristics of SOD,and its current application in animal production,to provide reference for the extensive application of SOD in the livestock industry.
