饲用酶制剂在低鱼粉水产饲料中的应用价值与效果
Application value and effectiveness of feed enzyme preparations in low-fishmeal aquaculture feed
摘要
Abstract
In aquaculture,fishmeal is consumed in large quantities.Utilizing non-fishmeal protein sources to replace fishmeal in aquaculture feed and developing low-fishmeal feed has become a hot topic in current aquaculture industry research and development.However,non-fishmeal protein sources contain some anti-nutritional factors that can affect the application of low-fishmeal feed and to some extent,restrict the development of low-fishmeal feed.Adding exogenous enzyme preparations to low-fishmeal feed can effectively improve the digestibility of low-fishmeal and degrade the anti-nutritional substances in non-fishmeal protein sources,thereby enhancing the feeding value of low-fishmeal feed.The article analyzes the application value of feed enzyme preparations in aquaculture feed and reviews their application effects in low-fishmeal aquaculture feed,aiming to provide references for the efficient development of low-fishmeal feed.关键词
