摘要

Abstract

Rosemary extracts contain bioactive components such as organic acids,terpenes,flavonoids,and phenolic acids.The extraction methods include ultrasonic assisted steam distillation,organic solvent extraction,enzymatic-assisted extraction,and supercritical CO2 extraction,among others.Rosemary extracts has many biological functions,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,hypolipidemic,and antioxidant.The application of rosemary extracts in animal husbandry can enhance the disease resistance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of the body,thereby improving the productive performance of animals and the quality of livestock products.This article reviews the extraction process,physicochemical properties,physiological functions and application of the active ingredients of rosemary in animal breeding,providing a reference for the application of rosemary extracts as safe,green,and efficient feed additives in animal production.
