摘要
Abstract
Based on the data of china family panel studies(CFPS)in 2020,the binary Probit model was used to analyze the impact of Internet use on rural women's non-agricultural employment and its mechanism,and heterogeneity analysis was carried out.The results showed that:first,Internet use significantly increases the probability of non-agricultural self-employment and non-agricultural employment of rural women;second,learning through the Internet can only promote off-agricultural employment of rural women,while social networking through the Internet can promote non-agricultural self-employment and non-agricultural employment of rural women;third,Internet use has a more prominent role in promoting non-agricultural self-employment of rural women in central and eastern regions,it has a greater effect on promoting non-agricultural employment of rural women in western areas,at the same time,compared with rural women with higher education,rural women with lower education can benefit more from the use of the Internet.Based on this,the government should improve the construction of rural Internet infrastructure,strengthen the training of rural women's Internet use skills,and enhance the employment opportunities of rural women.关键词
