Exploration and Practice of International Talent Training Model for Emerging Engineering Education in Local Universities
摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the necessity of international talent training in local universities,the countermeasures to improve the quality and international competitiveness of talent training in the context of emerging engineering education were proposed.Specific measures were proposed to update the educational concept,build a talent training system,strengthen curriculum construction,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,expand opening to the outside world,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,promote resource construction,and improve management efficiency.Finally,the international education and teaching abilities of teachers were tested through practical applications,and the innovative and cross-cultural communication abilities of students were effectively improved.关键词
