Influence of Personality Tendency on Self-Efficacy of College Students and Its Cultivation Strategy
摘要
Abstract
Based on Eysenck's personality type theory and Albert Bandura's social learning theory,the Eysenck Personality Scale and Self-Efficacy Scale were used to collect data on the level of personality type and self-efficacy of college students.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the level of self-efficacy between the extraverted personality tendency and the intermediate personality tendency,and there was a statistically significant difference in the self-efficacy of the introverted personality tendency.The influence of introverted personality tendency on college students'self-efficacy was demonstrated from three aspects:emotional factors,cognitive factors and behavioral factors,and a strategy for cultivating college students'self-efficacy was proposed.关键词
