意大利全民数字素养与技能提升实践及启示
Practice and Enlightenment of Italian National Digital Literacy and Skill Improvement

Abstract
Italy has formulated a number of national strategies and adopted a series of measures to improve the level of national digital skill,and successfully promoted the rapid progress of its Digital Economy and Society Index.Its experience has reference value for China to accelerate the process of national digital literacy and skill improvement.This paper uses the literature research method and the network survey method to investigate the practical path of national digital literacy and skill improvement in Italy from the two levels of macro environment and project model.Based on the practical experience of Italy and the current situation of China,this paper puts forward suggestions from five aspects:refining and implementing the strategic layout,accelerating the construction of the core framework,continuously optimizing the resource platform,strengthening the linkage of industry associations,and deepening social cooperation and coordination,so as to provide references for accelerating the improvement of national digital literacy and skill in China.关键词
