Abstract
In response to the problems of low or no early strength and insufficient expansion rate of sleeve grouting materi-al in low-temperature environments,the paper develops a low-temperature type sleeve grouting material with early strength,high strength,and slight expansion through the formulation of various additives and the optimi-zation of each component,and studies its performance at low temperatures.the results show that negative tem-perature curing can delay the strength growth of grouting materials;the low-temperature sleeve grouting mate-rial with composite fast hardening cement,retarder,type Ⅱ expansion agent,early strength agent,and anti-freeze agent meets the compressive strength requirements of JG/T 408-2019"Sleeve Grouting Material for Reinforcement Connection"under negative temperature curing conditions in this test;as the temperature of the mixing water increases,the 1 day compressive strength under negative temperature curing conditions in-creases,but it has no effect on the strength at 3 and 28 days.关键词
