Influence of Regional Innovation Capability on Convergence of Common Prosperity Level
摘要
Abstract
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and regional innovation capability plays an important role in narrowing regional disparities and promoting coordinated regional development.This paper measures the overall and provincial common prosperity level in China from 2013 to 2020,then analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of common prosperity level,and finally empirically analyzes the convergence of regional innovation capa-bility on common prosperity level.The research results go as below:According to the kernel density analysis,the common prosperity level of the whole country and the three regions has been significantly improved,and the difference of common prosperity level has shown a trend of gradually narrowing.According to the convergence analysis,on the one hand,the promotion effect of regional inno-vation capability on common prosperity is significant in the whole country and the three regions,and the region with low level of common prosperity has a"catch-up effect"on the region with high level of common prosperity.On the other hand,the improvement of regional innovation capability plays a positive role in promoting the development of common prosperity in the surrounding areas.关键词
