Talent Agglomeration,Innovation Speed and Chinese-style Modernization
摘要
Abstract
Talent agglomeration is an important driving force and guarantee for Chinese-style modernization.Based on panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses econometric analysis method to verify the internal mechanism of talent agglomeration af-fecting Chinese-style modernization.The results are shown as the following:Talent agglomeration has a significant positive impact on Chinese-style modernization,in which innovation speed plays a mediating role.The impact of talent agglomeration on Chi-nese-style modernization has a single threshold effect of marketization level(human capital).There is a single threshold effect of human capital on the impact of talent agglomeration on innovation speed.There is heterogeneity in the main effect,mediating ef-fect and threshold effect tests in the eastern,central and western regions.关键词
