国医大师翁维良治疗冠心病支架术后再狭窄的长时医案
A longitudinal medical case report of master of traditional Chinese medicine WENG Weiliang treating restenosis after coronary stenting
摘要
Abstract
In-Stent Restenosis(ISR)after coronary stent implantation is a major problem in clinic practice nowadays.Academic thoughts of master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)WENG Weiliang treating ISR will be discussed by longitudinal case visual analysis,providing TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas for ISR.Professor Weng emphasized the prevention of disease,and believed that the core pathogenesis of ISR was qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the core treatment was invigorating qi and activating blood.He was good at using a variety of blood activating drugs,including yanhusuo and yvjin that promote qi and activate blood,chishao and danshen that cool and activate blood,jixueteng that tonify and activate blood,and sanleng and ezhu that break blood and promote qi.Many kinds of ginseng are used flexibly to tonify qi and strengthen the body,such as hongshen,renshen,taizishen,dangshen and so on.At the same time,pay attention to the harmony of yin and yang.Gao Liangjiang is often used to warm yang and shashen is often used to nourish yin.关键词
