从"浊伏肺络"论治肺结节
Treatment of pulmonary nodules from"turbidity lurking in the lung collaterals"
摘要
Abstract
This article summarizes and discusses the treatment of pulmonary nodules from the perspective of"turbidity lurking in the lung collaterals".It suggests that the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules disease should start from a macroscopic approach,focusing on disease differentiation and treatment based on understanding the core pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules disease.The summary concludes that the lung collaterals are the disease location,turbid evil is the pathological factor,and abnormal metabolism of qi,blood,body fluids are the basic mechanism,with"turbidity lurking in the lung collaterals"as the core pathogenesis and"Chuzhuo and dispersing nodules"as the treatment principle in the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment approach for pulmonary nodules disease.Based on this,five treatment methods are specifically applied according to the characteristics of turbid evil and clinical manifestations:transforming phlegm and expelling turbidity,detoxifying and clearing turbidity,dissolving stasis and dispersing turbidity,dispersing nodules and transforming turbidity,and enhancing qi to grind accumulation.The goal is to eradicate the root cause and dissolve the nodules over a longer observation and waiting period.关键词
