主要基于光纤光栅传感技术的计轴系统,对光纤光栅传感机理和计轴原理进行介绍,以此为基础将光栅计轴系统分为传感、解调、主控 3 个子系统开展研究.根据车轮和钢轨的应力耦合分布确定光纤光栅传感器的安装位置和方式;从计轴应用需求出发提出对应的光纤光栅波长解调方式和解调子系统结构设计;介绍主控子系统的实现方式和功能.选取某货运车站完成光纤光栅计轴系统的多场景测试,结果表明光纤光栅计轴系统在过车、停车、倒车等复杂场景下均可实现准确计轴功能.

This paper primarily explores an axle counter system based on the Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensing technology.The mechanism of FBG sensing and the principles of axle counting are introduced.Building upon this foundation,an FBG-based axle counter system is investigated,which is divided into three subsystems:sensing,demodulation and main control.The installation location and method of the FBG sensor are determined on the basis of the stress coupling distribution of the wheel and rail.Starting from the requirements of axle counting applications,the corresponding wavelength demodulation method for FBG is proposed,along with the structure design of the demodulation subsystem.The implementation method and functions of the main control subsystem are also introduced.The multiple-scenario tests of the FBG-based axle counter system are conducted at a selected freight station,and the results indicate that the proposed system can accurately perform the axle counting functions in complex scenarios such as passing,stopping,and reversing.
