基于光纤光栅传感技术的计轴系统研究

Abstract
This paper primarily explores an axle counter system based on the Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensing technology.The mechanism of FBG sensing and the principles of axle counting are introduced.Building upon this foundation,an FBG-based axle counter system is investigated,which is divided into three subsystems:sensing,demodulation and main control.The installation location and method of the FBG sensor are determined on the basis of the stress coupling distribution of the wheel and rail.Starting from the requirements of axle counting applications,the corresponding wavelength demodulation method for FBG is proposed,along with the structure design of the demodulation subsystem.The implementation method and functions of the main control subsystem are also introduced.The multiple-scenario tests of the FBG-based axle counter system are conducted at a selected freight station,and the results indicate that the proposed system can accurately perform the axle counting functions in complex scenarios such as passing,stopping,and reversing.关键词
