The Impact of Digital Transformation on Innovation Performance of Energy Enterprises
基于2013-2022年沪深A股能源上市企业面板数据,采用双重固定效应回归方法分析能源企业数字化转型对创新绩效的影响.研究发现:(1)能源企业数字化转型对创新绩效起显著提升作用;(2)数字化转型可以通过提高创新能力、吸收能力和适应能力来促进能源企业创新绩效;(3)能源企业内部控制在数字化转型对创新绩效的影响、数字化转型对吸收能力的影响以及吸收能力对创新绩效的影响中存在显著的调节作用,且只对吸收能力对创新绩效影响存在正向调节作用.研究表明,应优化数…查看全部>>
