能源企业数字化转型对创新绩效的影响
The Impact of Digital Transformation on Innovation Performance of Energy Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share energy listed enterprises from 2013 to 2022,the paper adopts the dual fixed-effect regression method to analyze the impact of digital trans-formation on innovation performance of energy enterprises.The findings are as follows:(1)The digital transfor-mation of energy enterprises significantly improves the innovation performance;(2)Digital transformation can promote the innovation performance of energy enterprises by improving innovation capacity,absorption capacity and adaptation capacity;(3)Internal control of energy enterprises has a significant moderating effect on the impact of digital transformation on innovation performance,the impact of digital transformation on absorptive capacity,and the impact of absorptive capacity on innovation performance,and only has a positive moderating effect on the impact of absorptive capacity on innovation performance.It is proposed that the digital manage-ment system should be optimized,the dynamic ability of energy enterprises to respond to market demand and cultivate employees'innovative consciousness should be improved,and the internal control system should be perfected.关键词
