百乐眠胶囊联合黛力新对睡眠障碍患者睡眠结构相关指标、睡眠质量及神经递质水平的影响OA

目的 探讨百乐眠胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)对睡眠障碍(SD)患者睡眠结构相关指标、睡眠质量及神经递质水平的影响.方法 将2022年1月至2023年9月该院收治的98例SD患者采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例.对照组给予黛力新治疗,观察组在黛力新治疗基础上给予百乐眠胶囊治疗,对比2组患者睡眠结构相关指标[包括睡眠潜伏期(SOL)、总睡眠时间(TST)和睡眠效率(SE)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分]、神经递质…查看全部>>
