摘要
Abstract
The secondary prevention management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Chi-na is facing many challenges and opportunities.Internet+smart healthcare is an important starting point for proactive prevention and control of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and improving medical quality in the new era.The use of the"four-in-one,three-level linkage"home-based digital health service model of can help to upgrade chronic disease management from extensive to fine,and ensure that patient compliance chan-ges from passive to active.The application of the theory of"Comprehensive treatment"in traditional Chinese medicine to guide the practice of secondary prevention can provide patients with more feasible and accessible intervention measures,improve their medical experience after illness,and enhance the overall compliance of secondary prevention.By integrating the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern informa-tion technology,in order to form an intelligent secondary prevention and management model for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
