法治社会的情绪体验:青年法治精神培养的关键动力
Emotional Experience in a Law-Based Society:Key Dynamic to Cultivate Youth's Spirit of Rule of Law
摘要
Abstract
The youth considers the spirit of rule of law to have three-level connotations:knowing and understanding the law,trusting and respecting the law,and obeying and using the law.The youth's interpretation of spirit of rule of law is distinguished from its theoretical connotation and structure.The youth's emotional feeling of the spirit of rule of law owns four features:bias,dynamics,plasticity,and morality.The current path to cultivate the spirit of rule of law confronts insufficient transformation from cognition to action.Emotion as a medium is needed in order to achieve a systematic path for cultivating the spirit of rule of law by integrating"perception-emotion-will"components.Concretely,young people need to construct a realistic cognition with ration as the core to avoid blindly following emotion to make a moral judgment on social judicial practice;shape the value identification with sensibility as the clue,guard against excessive emotions to reverse interpretation of the spirit of rule of law;cultivate the practice strategy of taking action as the pursuit,and play the mobilization role of emotion in practicing the spirit of rule of law.关键词
