云南大型科研仪器开放共享服务绩效评价系统的构建
Exploration on the Construction of Performance Evaluation System for Open and Shared Services of Large Scientific Research Instruments in Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
To improve the accuracy of performance evaluation and enhance the efficiency of management unit open shared service,based on the opening and sharing service platform of large-scale scientific research instruments in Yunnan Province,combined with management models and integrated optimization calculation methods,this paper explores the construction of a performance evaluation system for Yunnan large-scale scientific research instru-ment open-sharing services.The results indicate that the system evaluation indicators are publicly available,and the evaluation results are undisturbed by human interference;the system architecture and functional design are user-friendly and have broad applicability;the system evaluation yields minimal errors and high efficiency,ensuring ac-curate and efficient performance evaluation.关键词
