前庭眼动康复仪治疗前庭性眩晕患者的临床疗效观察OACSTPCD
Clinical effectiveness of vestibular-ocular motor rehabilitation in patients with vestibular vertigo
目的 探讨前庭眼动康复仪对前庭性眩晕的临床效果.方法 选取2021年9月—2023年2月嘉兴市第一医院就诊的前庭性眩晕患者102例,分为A组和B组,各51例.B组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,A组在B组的基础上给予前庭眼动康复仪治疗.采用t检验和卡方检验比较两组眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分、Berg平衡量表评分、起立行走时间、临床疗效、眼动功能异常、前庭功能异常情况.结果 A组总有效率(95.83%)明显高于B组(81.23%)(P<0.…查看全部>>
